  • If it’s within 1 hour of checkout, email us at info@aesthetic-arcade.com and we’ll try to help. After that window, changes may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Flat $3.90 on all orders under $50, free when you spend $50 or more. Expect delivery in 6–14 days worldwide, with reliable carriers and optimized routes.

  • We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships, and you can also visit our Order Tracking page on the website—just enter your order number for real‑time updates.

  • Email us at info@aesthetic-arcade.com within 1  hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it ships, but we can't guarantee possibility as we try our best to fulfil orders on same day.

  • We ship to all major countries and constantly adding more countries through courier partnerships, you can check on checkout page list of available countries.

Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 days from delivery to start a return—no questions asked.

  • If something arrives wrong or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out.

  • To kick off a return, just drop us a line at info@aesthetic-arcade.com with your order number and a quick photo showing the item’s condition. We’ll then send you our China warehouse address so you can ship it back—once we receive your package and verify everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund or replacement. You’ll need to purchase your own postage label and share the tracking number with us, which helps keep our prices low and our turnaround time speedy.

  • Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection (5–7 business days), we’ll refund your original payment method and email you a confirmation.
