Flat $3.90 on all orders under $50, free when you spend $50 or more. Expect delivery in 6–14 days worldwide, with reliable carriers and optimized routes.

We’ll email you a tracking link once your order ships, and you can also visit our Order Tracking page on the website—just enter your order number for real‑time updates.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return—no questions asked.

If something arrives wrong or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out.

To kick off a return, just drop us a line at info@aesthetic-arcade.com with your order number and a quick photo showing the item’s condition. We’ll then send you our China warehouse address so you can ship it back—once we receive your package and verify everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund or replacement. You’ll need to purchase your own postage label and share the tracking number with us, which helps keep our prices low and our turnaround time speedy.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection (5–7 business days), we’ll refund your original payment method and email you a confirmation.
